Redmi Note 12 Pro series officially with Dimensity 1080 and 200MP camera.
Yet another series has been launched by Redmi, the company has already launched four new phones in China, among them we will discuss the Redmi 12 Pro and Pro+ features, specifications, prices, and availability in Nepal.
Redmi 12 Pro Series Overview
The company-new series comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers, an x-axis vibration motor, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. You also get 5G, Wi-Fi 6, NFC, and Bluetooth as wireless connectivity options.
Build & Display
As for the design the phone has a similar design to one another. Although they look the same, Redmi Note 12 Pro is slightly thinner and lighter than the Note 12 Pro+.
The Redmi 12 Pro series sports a 6.67-inch OLED panel with 120Hz that can be switched between four levels of refresh rate. Moreover, it has a 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution with a 240Hz touch sampling rate.
It also supports HDR10+, and Dolby Vision, and the phone features a brightness of 900 nits with a 10-bit color depth screen.

Performance
The company provides phones with MediaTek’s Dimensity 1080 (announced earlier this month) which makes its phone the first to have this chip.
The series features two Cortex-A78 cores (@2.6GHz) and six Cortex-A55 cores (@2GHz) and a build on TSMC’s 6nm process.
As for memory, the Note 12 Pro is paired with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB storage, and the Note 12 Pro+ has 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. Where both the series get LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage.
Optical Features
The Note 12 Pro+ has a 200MP Samsung HPX sensor with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) as its primary camera. This series also has an Image Signal Processor (ISP) which is the key feature of Dimensity 1080 with the rest of the features being the same.
The only difference in Note 12 Pro is a 50 MP Sony IMX766 sensor on the vanilla in the primary. The other same feature is you will get an 8MP ultrawide and a 2MP depth sensor and a 16MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.
Battery
Both the series fuel on 5000mAh batteries with different charging speeds. The Note 12 Pro+ comes with a Surge P1 chip which allows it to charge up to 120W and caps out at 67W charging.
In addition to that the new Redmi Note 12 Discovery Edition, similar to Redmi Note 12 Pro+ has an even faster 210W charging with a lesser capacity 4300mAh battery life.

Redmi Note 12 Pro Price in Nepal and Availability
The price of the Redmi Note 12 Pro is officially at Rs. 38,999 for 6GB RAM and 128GB storage model. The phone is also available in another variant, 8GB RAM and 256GB storage model which is Rs. 41,999 in Nepal. You can purchase the phone from any Xiaomi-authorized retail store across Nepal.
