The watches come with over 120 sports modes in their fitness functions, covering a wide range of physical activities such as walking, running, cycling, and treadmill usage, among others. They also feature a PPG sensor for 24-hour heart rate monitoring and can track other health metrics like blood oxygen level and sleep patterns, including REM sleep.
