Fitness Features
It is introduced with a new AI-powered Zedd Coach, which offers personalized guidance based on the user’s physical characteristics. It can also detect if the user is overtrained and adjust the exercise intensity or recommend rest accordingly. With over 150 indoor sports modes (including auto-detention for eight of them), it provides extensive fitness options. Also, the fitness score and details can be synced with third-party apps such as Google Fit, Apple Health, Relive, Strava, and Adidas’ Running app.
