Audio
For those seeking quality audio experiences without breaking the bank, Rock Buds delivers impressive audio thanks to the inclusion of 13mm larger drivers. As I experience, it plays a pivotal role in delivering rich and immersive sound quality across various genres of music and media. These drivers go beyond merely reproducing sound; they excel in accentuating the nuances of music. Whether it’s the thumping basslines, intricate melodies, or soaring vocals the 13mm divers succeed in creating a holistic sonic experience that truly resonates. Though it provides an uninterrupted listening experience, Asta Wolf doesn’t include Active noise Cancellation (ANC) for more effectiveness.
Low-latency Mode & ENC
As I mentioned before even if the buds are affordable, it does have the low latency mode for gaming boasting a mere 50ms latency. Gaming enthusiasts so if you are looking for budget-friendly TWS buds which minimize any audio delay during gameplay, providing a seamless and immersive experience.
Nonetheless, the company claims to provide Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) for superior call quality. However, its ENC functionality doesn’t perform as effectively as anticipated, resulting in some disruptions to call quality. Overall its performance isn’t entirely compromised, particularly considering its budget-friendly nature. It delivers an impressive low-latency gaming mode and maintains an unaffected listening experience, offering a notable balance in its features.
Please take note that we have extensively used the product for an entire day and have formulated initial impressions based on this experience. Stay tuned as we have plans to release a full review video of the Asta Wolf Rock soon. Make sure to subscribe for upcoming updates.
Battery Life & Connectivity
In my perspective, battery life holds significant importance for wireless earbuds, and Asta Wolf excels in this regard. Offering up to 7 hours of continuous playtime on a single charge is a claim that holds – during my extended listening sessions, it effortlessly covered my daily listening needs, lasting a full day intermittently. Notably, the accompanying charging case extends the playtime impressively to over 26 hours, and the remarkable standby duration of 100 days adds convenience use without the need for frequent recharging. Furthermore, the Rock earbuds’ quick charge functionality proved to be a true savior on hectic days – a brief charging interval delivering a substantial chunk of playtime.
The battery setting as per the company has a 30mAh capacity for each earbud and a 300mAh capacity for the charging case. Charging is made convenient with the ASAP charge feature, where a quick 10-minute charge provides an impressive 75 minutes of playtime. Fully charging the earbuds takes approximately 50 minutes, while the case requires about 1 hour. For this statement to be true, We’ll provide a comprehensive video review of the Rock earbuds in the near future.
