The Asus Vivobook Pro 15 (K6502) has the latest 13th Gen “Raptor Lake” mobile processors. The laptop is the more affordable counterpart to the recently launched Vivobook Pro 16 OLED. Built & Display
The lid of the laptop is metallic, while the rest of the chassis is made of plastic. It measures 19mm in thickness and weighs approximately 1.8 kg. Users can select between two color options – Quiet Blue and Cool Silver. Similarly, it features a color-blocked Warning Orange Esc Key and a striped Enter key.
For display, it features a 15.6-inch FHD IPS screen with a 144Hz refresh rate and offers 100% sRGB coverage and a brightness of 250 nits. Also, the screen has Pantone validation, making it suitable for aspiring content creators. Likewise, its hinge allows the screen to lay flat at a 180° angle.

Keyboard, Audio, & Webcam
It comes with a full-size keyboard with a dedicated number pad. The keys have a 0.2mm dish and a travel distance of 1.44mm, with a key pitch of 19.05mm. The power button on the top right integrates a finger scanner. Next to the keyboard and touchpad is the Asus DialPad, which allows users to switch between Creative Adobe Suite settings and other productivity and entertainment apps.
As for the webcam setting, it is found on the top bezel of the device housing a 1080p with a physical shutter. It also supports in-house AiSense effects, such as background blur, lighting correction, gaze correction, motion tracking, and appearance filters. Plus also has three mics with AI noise-canceling technology, which are tuned by Harman/Kardon and support Dolby Atmos.
Performance and Cooling
The non-OLED laptop is powered by the latest 13th Gen Intel processors. The base model includes the Core i5-13500H with 12 cores and 16 threads. Moreover, you will get options to configure the laptop with the Core i7-23700H and i9-1300H, which offer 14 cores and 20 threads.
As in the Pro model, it features NVIDIA’s RTX GPUs. Where you can choose between the RYX 4050 and RTS 4060, although some regions may offer the previous generation’s RTX 3050GPU. Since this laptop is geared more toward content creation, it comes with NVIDIA Studio drivers.
Asus incorporated a MUX switch, typically found in gaming laptops, allowing users to switch to discrete GPU mode. By bypassing the integrated GPU, this laptop can improve graphics performance by approximately 5 to 10%, albeit at the expense of battery life. While also employing IceCool Plus cooling technology, capable of handling up to 90W of thermal design power. It consists of dual fans with 86 blades, two heat pipes, and three exhaust vents.

Battery & Connectivity
Fueling the device is a 3-cell 70Wh battery, which supports fast charging. With the included 150W DC-in charger, the laptop can reach 50% charge in just 30 minutes. Plus you can charge the device using a Power Delivery charge via either of the two USB-C ports (one Of which is Thunderbolt 4). It also offers two USB-A ports, an HDMI port, and one ethernet.
