BOULT Crown R Pro Review
Packaging
The packaging includes the main box and its contents. The watch comes in a cardboard box with Boult branding and highlighted features. Inside the box, there is a user manual, warranty card, charging cable, the watch itself, and a rubber strap.
Look & Feel
When it comes to the look and feel of the BOULT Crown R Pro watch, it has a premium design. Therefore, the watch is on the heavier side which adds to the premium feel. Additionally, the Crown and buttons are responsive. Speaking specifically about the Crown, it mainly aids in navigation and can be pressed to navigate to the home screen. The buttons on the watch can be customized according to personal preference in the settings, which is a great feature for enhancing functionality.

Display & Durability
The BOULT Crown R Pro smartwatch features a 1.43-inch Super AMOLED display, which delivers excellent display quality. It comes with a peak brightness of 500 nits, ensuring good outdoor visibility. The bezels are designed in a way that they blend easily with the watch faces, so there’s no significant impact on the design aesthetics. The display responsiveness is also impressive.
In terms of durability, during our testing period, the watch was subjected to normal bumps against tables, walls, and other surfaces without much effect. However, major bumps could potentially lead to screen damage, so we advise you to handle it with care.

Performance Features
When discussing reliability, during our testing period, the data for various features such as SpO2, Heart Rate Monitoring, Sleep Monitoring, and other health and sports tracking features showed a deviation of around ±5%. As we had previously mentioned, this data may not be suitable for medical purposes, and if you require medical monitoring, we recommend using medical devices.
BOULT Crown R Pro can withstand normal splashes, casual swimming, and rainwater without any issues thanks to the IP67 water resistance. However, if it stays submerged in water for long hours, it could potentially get damaged. According to the company’s claim, the watch can be submerged up to a depth of 1 meter for up to 30 minutes without any damage.
Bluetooth Calling
The watch’s major highlight is its Bluetooth Calling. We used Bluetooth calling regularly, especially during bike or scooter rides. Initially, we encountered some issues with voice clarity, where sometimes the voice wasn’t clear, but most of the time Bluetooth calling worked seamlessly, and the voice was clear at the end of the call. However, during our testing period, we noticed a strange behavior: even when we weren’t using the watch to take calls, the call interface would still appear, which was quite odd.
Battery
BOULT Crown R Pro watch can easily last for 5 days with normal use. However, if you enable features like automatic health monitoring, the backup reduces to around 4 days. Enabling Always On Display further reduces the battery backup to about 2 days. Charging time is around 1 hour.
Conclude
When you have to conclude, comparing the BOULT Crown R Pro with the smartwatches that come in this price segment based on the features it offers, its premium looks, price, and software usability, this watch could be a good choice.
