This is a Fusemachines initiative that has been developed and grown in Nepal over the last two years with the help of the UKaid Skills for Employment (SEEP) program. (A British Embassy in Kathmandu-funded program aimed at improving Nepali people’s skills). Its goal is to increase AI engineers in Nepal. Furthermore, a total of 100 Nepali university students and graduates with backgrounds in mathematics, engineering, and computer science will receive the training. Interestingly, the selected candidates will receive a full scholarship to attend the courses.
Course Summary:
Throughout the program, you’ll take four courses, each lasting three months. Similarly, you’ll participate in online Live Lectures before receiving your certification.
Courses Details:
Fusemachines’ exclusive Microdegree programs, the Microdegree in Artificial Intelligence and the Microdegree Specialization, are available in the 2022 program. They all feature courses that are directly relevant to the AI sector.
The first two courses in the Microdegree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning will last three months each. It’s an accelerated blended learning program designed by renowned US university faculty members and AI industry specialists to upskill participants in AI expertise so they can confidently grasp new AI opportunities in the field.
