The iQOO Z7i features the MediaTek Dimensity 6020 processor, which is making its debut on a mobile device. The chipset is fabricated using TSMC’s 7nm process and offers 5G connectivity.
It has a is octa-core with two Cortex-A76 cores operating at 2.2GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0GHz for power efficiency. The GPU is Mali G57.
While earlier rumors suggested that the iQOO Z7i would feature the Dimensity 700 processor, which has a similar core design, the final device comes with Dimensity 6020.
Along with three storage options: 4/128GB, 6/128GB, and 8/128 GB, and runs on Android 13 with OriginOS Ocean 13 (Funtouch OS 13) on top.

Camera
It has a dual camera system for its optics. The main camera has a 13MP f/2.2 autofocus sensor, while the secondary lens is a 2MP macro lens.
On the front of the device, there is a 5MP camera for selfies and video chats. Both the front and rear cameras can record up to 1080p videos at 30 frames per second.

For design parts, it is inspired by its Vivo siblings and features a slim and lightweight body with a diameter of 8.15mm and a weight of 186g. The Moon Shadow variant has a plain black finish, while the Ice Panel version has a reflective back panel. The device has flat sides that give it a boxy look.
The smartphone has a 6.51-inch IPS LCD screen with a static 60Hz refresh rate, an 88.99% screen-to-body ratio, and an HD+ resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels. It supports up to 16.7 million colors.

For battery, it is powered by a 5000mAh battery and supports OTG reverse charging and 15W fast charging.

The iQOO Z7i is starting from CNY 899 for 4/128GB in China. It is said to start at Rs. 20,999 for the same configuration when launched in Nepal.
