Xiaomi a brand which is known around the globe for its amazing price tag and specification has launched another 4 devices in Nepal. Among those four smartphones, two are budget-friendly smartphone Redmi 6 and Redmi 6A and another two devices are Mi A2 and Mi A2 lite. Both Mi A2 and Mi A2 Lite are Android One smartphones. Mi A2 and Mi A2 lite are priced at Rs 30,999 and 20,999 respectively.

Xiaomi Mi A2 is the successor of the Mi A1 which was the most selling Android One smartphone ever. The truth behind the success of the Mi A1 was the top-notch performance at the most affordable price tag and same can be said to Mi A2 as it the successor. The Mi A2 comes with a powerful midrange Snapdragon 660 chipset along with 4GB RAM and 64GB onboard memory. The phone has a 5.99 inches of IPS LCD Display with Full HD resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio. The phone comes with 12MP + 20MP Dual rear camera and 20MP front-facing camera.

Mi A2 Lite is the latest Android One smartphone from the Xiaomi and as the name suggests the phone is cheaper compared to the Mi A1 and Mi A2. The phone is available in two variants 3GB RAM and 32 GB onboard memory which costs 20,999 and 4GB RAM and 64GB onboard memory which will cost Rs 24,999. Both variants can be expanded up to 256GB using the dedicated microSD card slot. Mi A2 Lite comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 along with 3GB/4GB RAM and 32GB / 64GB onboard memory. The phone features a trendy notch design on the top with 5.84 inches of Full HD display. The phone has 12MP + 5MP rear camera and 5MP front-facing camera.

Both smartphones are great in their respective price segment and both devices are available to purchase from September 31 from all over Nepal through the retail stores. Since Xiaomi itself has entered in Nepal we are expecting the price to be as close as India which means we will get Xiaomi smartphones more cheaper from now onwards. According to Xiaomi, their top priority is to improve the after sales service and increase the number of service centre throughout the country.
