Micromax IN 2b Overview
The Micromax IN 2B boasts a 6.65-inch IPS LCD display with a bezel-less design and a punch-hole for the front camera lens. Similarly, the Standard configurations on the smartphone help you get started and keep you going throughout the day. Furthermore, an Android v11 OS and fingerprint sensor provide consistency while also ensuring security. Here’s what you can expect from the phone with its features, specs, and price in Nepal.
Build and Display:
Since it is an entry-level smartphone, the phone comes with a plastic build i.e a plastic back and a plastic frame holding the display and back panel together. This polycarbonate shell on the back accommodates a dual-camera setup with LED flash and a fingerprint scanner.
To the front is a 6.52” inch IPS LCD panel with an HD+ resolution which gives it a pixel density of 269ppi. The display has a dewdrop notch that houses the selfie shooter. The screen-to-body ratio here is 82.5% and the display peaks at a brightness of 400 nits.
Performance and Memory:
Underneath the hood, it is powered by a Unisoc T610 SoC. This is an octa-core chipset built on the 12nm FinFET process. Divided into two clusters with 2x Cortex-A77 cores and 6x Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 1.8GHz each.

This is then paired with 4/6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage expandable via microSD.
Handling the graphic duties is the Mali-G52 GPU. To put the performance into perspective, on paper the Unisoc T610 seems more powerful than the Helio G25 and Helio G35 which have been a staple CPU choice for smartphones in this price segment.
Cameras:
On the optics front, the phone has a dual-camera setup to the back with a 13MP f/1.8 primary camera and a secondary 2MP dedicated depth sensor. The device is capable of recording 1080p videos at 30 frames per second. Over at the selfie front, there’s a 5MP snapper.
Battery and Charging:
The 5000mAh Li-ion battery is powering up the internals with support for 10W charging over USB-C. On the software front, the phone runs on a stock version of Android 11.
