Realme 2 Pro (8/128GB) exclusively available through Daraz

Realme is a sub-brand of Oppo which was officially launched in Nepal by introducing two mid-tier smartphones Realme 2 Pro and Realme C1. Realme 2 Pro’s base variant (4GB) was launched a few months back and now the company has partnered with Daraz to bring the high-end variant of the Realme 2 Pro having 8GB of RAM with 128GB of onboard memory which can be expanded up to 256gb. The phone will be exclusively available through Daraz at the price tag of Rs 31,999.

Talking about the phone, the phone features a plastic body having a dimension of 156.7 x 74 x 8.5 mm and weighs 174gm. The phone packs a Snapdragon 660 octa-core processor coupled with Adreno 512 GPU. Along with that, the phone comes with 6.3 inches of IPS Full HD Display with teardrop notch and corning gorilla glass 3 protection. The phone runs on ColorsOS v5.2 which is based on Android v8.1 (Oreo) and will soon get the update for Android v9.0 (Pie). The phone features a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, micro USB 2.0 and has Bluetooth V5.0

Realme 2 Pro comes with 16MP (f/2.0) of a front-facing camera and 16 MP (f/1.7) + 2 MP (depth sensor) dual rear camera with LED flash. The front facing camera can record videos up to 1080p 30fps and the rear camera can record up to 2160p 30fps. The phone is backed by 3,500 mAh non-removable battery with fast charging (5V/2A 10W ).

Verdict

Realme 2 Pro is really a value for money. The phone comes with a pretty good specification for the price and gives tough competition to smartphones like Mi A2 and Nova 3i. The look and feel of the phone are great. With the big display and a great camera along with huge storage & RAM, put the phone ahead of its competitors.
