Realme has launched the successor to its last year’s entry-level smartphone the Realme C11 (2020) by the same name i.e. Realme C11(2020) and it resembles Realme’s own offering: the Realme C20. So apart from cosmetic changes what’s actually changed? Let’s dig in.
Display and Design:
The Realme C11 (2021) rocks a plastic build. To the front, we have a 6.5” inch HD+ IPS LCD panel with a teardrop notch housing the selfie camera. As mentioned earlier, it resembles the Realme C20 quite a lot, from the thick chin at the bottom to the camera module, and even the stripe running down with Realme branding is all copied and pasted onto the Realme C11 2021.
Underneath the Hood:
The internals is changed, however. The Realme C11 is powered by the Unisoc SC9863 28nm octa-core chipset with two Cortex A55 cores clocked at 1.6GHz and six A55 cores clocked at 1.2GHz each. Graphics duties are handled by PowerVR GE8322 GPU. As it is an entry-level offering, the Realme C11 runs on the Android GO edition over the Android 10 with Realme UI on top.
Cameras are a downgrade over the C11 2020, instead of dual cameras on the previous model, the Realme C11 2021 comes with a single 8MP shooter. For selfies, it gets a 5MP front-facing camera. The battery is a chunky one at 5000mAh that supports 10W charging. Surprisingly, the device packs in NFC as well.
