The Realme GT Neo 5 has been designed with industry-leading cooling capabilities, thanks to its 6,580 sq. mm of graphene phase-change cooling material. This cooling system will keep the phone at an optimal temperature even when charging at a high speed of 240W, ensuring that it maintains peak performance, particularly when gaming.
Fairly, has Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, which is slightly older than the current Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. However, since the GT Neo 5 is positioned in the premium mid-range market, it’s still a capable option.
Memory options for the 240W model include 16GB RAM and either 256GB or 1TB of storage. For the GT Neo 5 150W, customers can choose from 8GB, 12GB, or 16GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The phone runs on the latest Realme UI (4.0) and Android 13 software.

Built & Display
The Realme GT Neo 5 features a programmable RGB LED rectangle on the back, which can be customized for notifications and other functions. It doubles as a notification light and turns red when the battery level is less than 20%.
For display, it sports a 6.74-inch OLED screen with a resolution of 2772 x 1240 pixels. With a high PWM dimming rate of 2160Hz and a refresh rate of 144Hz, the screen promises to deliver a smooth visual experience.
Realme claims that the screen has also been approved by SGS for sensitivity and touch, and has a 7-stage adaptive refresh rate. With a JNCD of 0.33, a 10-bit color depth, and a maximum brightness of 1400 nits, the screen provides rich and vivid color representation.
Camera
It features an upgraded camera system compared to its predecessor. The camera setup is located on the left-hand side of the phone and is housed inside a rectangular module.
The back of the phone has a partially blacked-out appearance, with the top third dedicated to the camera setup. The device is equipped with three cameras arranged in two vertical rings and has an LED flash located outside the ring.
The main camera on the back of the device features a 50MP Sony IMX890 sensor with OIS and an f/1.9 lens. It also includes a 2MP macro camera and an 8MP ultrawide lens with a 112-degree field of view. The front-facing camera is housed in a hole-punch design and features a 16MP Samsung sensor for taking selfies.
