Tecno released the unveiled Tecno Pop 5S in Mexico. It is the newest addition to the company’s budget Pop smartphone portfolio. Meanwhile, Tecno has not yet confirmed intentions to release the device to additional markets, including Nepal. Let’s get an insight into Tecno Pop 5S in Nepal.

Design and Display
The Tecno Pop 5S has a 5.7-inch touchscreen display that employs IPS LCD technology. It features an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1520 pixels and a refresh rate of 90Hz. Similarly, it boasts a U-shaped notch that houses a selfie camera.
Moreover, the smartphone has 148 x 72.3 x 9.9mm dimensions and weighs 160 grams. Meanwhile, its panel houses a rectangular camera module, “Tecno POP” branding, and a speaker grill. In addition, it is made of polycarbonate.

There is a dual-camera configuration on the rear. The camera sports a 5MP primary sensor and a QVGA lens. Similarly, the phone houses a 2MP selfie camera within the notch. Both the front and back cameras have an LED flash.

A quad-core processor provides mobility to the Tecno Pop 5S. It has 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage space. However, there is no option to expand the storage. Furthermore, the dual-SIM (Nano) Tecno Pop 5S is powered by Android 10. (Go edition). In addition, the Tecno Pop 5S has 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.2, FM Radio, and GPS connectivity. Moreover, it has a 3.5mm headphone connector and a loudspeaker.
