Vatsal Impex Pvt. Ltd, the sole authorized distributor of Xiaomi products for Nepal has officially launched Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus here is Nepalese market. The phone was launched a few months back in the international market. The phone comes with the price tag of Rs 23,499.

Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus features 5.99 inches of IPS LCD Display with a Full HD (1080 * 2160) resolution screen and 403 PPI pixel density. The phone comes with 18:9 body to screen ration with near bezel-less screen design. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass and comes with full metallic body design giving the phone a premium look and feel. Talking about the performance, the phone comes with Octa-core Qualcomm MSM8953 Snapdragon 625 processor and Adreno 506 GPU. To further boost the performance, the phone comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard memory which can be expanded up to 128GB using microSD card slot. The phone comes with the dual-sim option and supports 4G LTE.

Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus comes with a f/2.2 12MP of a rear camera which comes with Dual-tone LED flash and the phone also comes with 5MP of a front-facing camera. The phone has a rear mounted fingerprint sensor just below the camera. Let’s talk about the software, the phone runs on MIUI v9 based on the Android v7.1.2 (Nougat). The phone is backed by 4000 mAh non-removable battery which gives a day of battery backup without any issue and the phone also supports fast charging technology.
