LEAGOO and YU Smartphones launching on 25th November in Nepal

In past few years, we have seen many international smartphone brands targeting Nepali consumers and among those international brands few of the brands has successfully entered and much more will be coming in the near future. In this article, we are going to share news about the two new smartphone brands entering in the Nepali market. LEAGOO and Yu are going to launch on 25th November. LEAGOO and Yu Yunicorn are smartphone brands known for their high built quality and specifications smartphones in the budget friendly price range.


LEAGOO is a Chinese smartphone manufacturing company founded back in April 2014 and is owned by Shenzhen OTEDA Technology Co. Ltd. LEAGOO is a company which not only manufactures smartphones but also manufactures a variety of smart products and accessories like Talk-Band, Powerbank, Protective cases and much more. JSS Group is the authorised distributor of LEAGOO smartphones for Nepal. However there is no official statement regarding the smartphones launching tomorrow but we can say that the phone will surely give tough competitions to other smartphone brands like Xiaomi, Huawei, Oppo, ZTE, Meizu and other smartphone brands available in the market.


YU is an Indian consumer electronic brand founded back in December 2014 as a joint venture between Micromax Informatics Limited and Cyanagon Inc. YU will be launching its Yunicorn smartphone through Pashupati Tradeline Pvt. Ltd which is also the authorised distributor of Micromax phones for Nepal.
YU Yunicorn comes with 5.5 inches of display with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and 401 PPI pixel density. YU Yunicorn features Mediatek MT6755 Helio P10 Chipset with Octa-core (4×1.8 GHz Cortex-A53 & 4×1.0 GHz Cortex-A53) CPU and Mali-T860MP2 GPU. Along with that this phone comes with 4GB of RAM and 32GB onboard memory which can be expanded up to 256GB using microSD.
YU Yunicorn comes with 13MP of rear camera with autofocus & LED flash and 5MP of a front-facing camera. This phone runs on Android v5.1.1 (Lollipop). Along with all that the phone comes with a Fingerprint sensors, Dual-Sim option with hybrid tray and 4000 mAh Non-Removable battery.
YU Yunicorn is exclusively launching in Kaymu on 25th November during the Kaymu Black Friday Sale and during the Kaymu Friday sale, the buyers will get the phone for a discounted price of Rs.24500 and will also get Braven 105 speaker worth Rs 6,300 for free.
