Vivo X Fold+ Overview
The X Fold+ is the better and upgraded version of the Vivo X Fold. It gets a performance upgrade with Qualcomm’s current best SoC and is available in a new red color. Let’s look at the key specs, features, expected price, and availability of the Vivo X Fold in Nepal.
Build & Display
In terms of design, it is quite similar to Fold X but it has come with a brand new colorway called Huaxia Red like the other two original colors; this one has a faux leather finish too.

The display is also similar to the original, an 8.03″ Samsung-made E5 AMOLED display with an LTPO 2-backed panel. Likewise, its refresh rate can dynamically adjust from 1Hz to 120Hz based on the content and it also features Ultra Thin Glass (UTG) protection.
Whereas the main display is 6.53-inch featuring an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. Moreover, the aircraft-grade floating wing hinge allows the hinge to be opened at multiple angles (especially for video calls and multimedia purposes).

Performance
It is powered by an upgraded Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. That is said to consume 30% less power while providing a 10% boost in performance compared to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1.
Accordingly, it comes with 12GB of RAM and the users can opt for either 256GB or 512GB of internal storage.
The phone boots on Android 12-based OrginalOS Ocean with additional extra features that take advantage of the folding factor (Users can use the phone as a laptop for a few apps like Note, QQ, and Youku).
Optical Features
There is no change in camera features as well it comes with the same specs as X FOLD. A 50MP sensor with an f.1/8 aperture and Optical Image Stabilization. Accompanying it is a 48MP ultrawide, 2X zoom lens, and 5X periscope sensor.
Where the rear quad-camera system is ZEISS branded. As for the selfie cameras, both the inner and outer ones are 16MP shooters with f/2.45 aperture.
Battery & Charger
Inside, it has an upgraded 4730mAh battery with 80W fast charging. Including wireless charging is the same at 50W, stereo speakers, a three-mic setup, a barometer, an infrared sensor, and a physical alert slider.
It claims the upgraded version can reach 0% to 100% in just about 35 minutes.
