Xiaomi is a Chinese electronics company founded in April 2010. By 2014, it has become the world’s most valuable tech startup that operates in more than 100 countries and regions. Meanwhile, Xiaomi entered Nepal in 2016, intending to provide “high-quality products at reasonable prices”. Hence, it has got a separate fan base for its high-quality, low-cost products that are built with cutting-edge technology. Gradually, Xiaomi phones have grown in popularity in Nepal. And in 2020, IDC declared Xiaomi as the Number 1 brand of Nepal for the 1st time. This year too, Xiaomi has become the #1 smartphone brand in Nepal.
Xiaomi Nepal #1 position in Q3 2021:
According to IDC quarterly mobile phone tracker report for Q3 2021, the global technology leader Xiaomi once again holds the position of number one smartphone brand in Nepal. Xiaomi has been able to maintain the #1 smartphone position for the 5-consecutive quarter. In 2020, IDC declared Xiaomi as the Number 1 brand of Nepal for the 1st time. That time Xioami has outperformed the Samsung Phone. Meanwhile, Xiaomi couldn’t make it to the list of number one in the Q2 of the year 2022. But Xiaomi peaks its pace, and after that, it has always made it to the top of the list of smartphone brands.

What are the products Xiaomi released in the last quarter?
Xiaomi has released several products in various price ranges. The Poco F3, Redmi Note 10 Prime series, and the gaming beast Poco F3 GT have contributed to Xiaomi’s continuing success. In addition, Xiaomi’s much-anticipated Pad 5 series, Mi smartwatch Lite, Smart Band 6, TV Stick, Mi Neckband earphones, and other 30 new ecosystem products boosted Xiaomi’s presence in Nepal.
Furthermore, the expansion of offline stores has aided in the branding of Xiaomi products. Xiaomi has over 2000 offline stores along with 600 Mi partnered stores. Xiaomi is now providing after-sales services to customers. As a result, Xiaomi has been able to expand its market in Nepal.
